Publishing logic Updates for Student Programs

With this State Reporting Release, the publishing logic for all student programs has now been updated to publish the data automatically if a record gets modified or updated and deleted. Districts will not be required to publish changes or selections if a record is deleted or modified.

Update to Federal Ethnicity and Race Codes

In the District Setup, the Federal Ethnicity and Race Codes are now updated to single-character codes as follows:

• W = White

• B = Black or African American

• A = Asian

• I = American Indian or Alaskan Native

• P = Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander

Important: This does NOT impact any data entry on the student races.
