State Reporting 25.1.2.0 Release Notes

PSSR-374646	All States: Logic Updates to the CRDC Loader Report Output	The Loader Report output will now display a detailed list of the school(s) for which the report has been run. If the Loader Report is run for the District Office, it will list all the schools associated with the district, each appearing on a separate line.
PSSR-370298	All States: Deprecated CRDC System Report	The CRDC Report from the System Report has now been removed to avoid confusion. The CRDC Reports are only available for the required states under the Compliance Reports or the State Reports screen.
PSSR-373807	All States: Duplicate class records in class audit file	The CRDC Course Count will also include Remote Reenrollments
PSSR-345020	All States: Updates to the logic of DISC-23 based on Race/Ethnicity or Gender	The logic of DISC-23 has been fixed and it will no longer consider a student who doesn’t have the race/ethnicity or a gender entered.
PSSR-372518	EDFI_IN_6: Updates to the Publishing Logic of Bulk Attendance	As per the updated requirements, we will publish a dummy Bulk Attendance record per Student School Association record if an actual attendance record does not exist. This will delete the orphaned attendance records when required.
PSSR-365943	EDFI_IN_6: Updates to the Publishing of Staff Resources	The publishing logic for the staffs' resources has been corrected to publish the resources based on the Termination Date. The staff resources will be published based on the below-mentioned logic: If the Staff Termination Date is in the current active school year, the resource will be published even if the staff is inactive. If the Staff Termination Date has been entered and the end dates in the Staff Assignment records have not been entered, the Staff Assignment record will be published based on the entered Staff Termination Date.
PSSR-373016	Student CHIRP Roster File is Now Available	Student Roster File: Version 1.0 Student CHIRP Roster File is now available for the Districts to run. The Districts will be able to run the report and will be able to upload the csv file.
