Ed-Fi (IN - DOE): Add the Ability to Download State Courses

Customers can now download new descriptors for Courses related data. To initiate this process:

1. On the start page, choose a profile under Data Exchange in the main menu.

2. Find the ‘Download Data’ section near the top of the screen.

3. Click Run Now to the right of the State Courses category in the list. The system automatically downloads the data to PowerSchool. Ref: Download Data.

The logic for publishing Student Resources will now ignore any student enrollment that has a start data in the future.

IN DOE EDFI_IN_2: Organization Schedules Category Enabled for Publishing

The Organization Schedules category is now enabled for publishing. This category includes the Course Offerings and Sections resources. Note that at this time, the system will attempt to publish all selected courses, which may result in errors if any course codes are invalid. A future update is planned to catch such courses in dependency.

You should complete the Download Data process for the State Courses category before attempting to publish this data.

Student Data Stuck In Publishing - Issue Resolved

When publishing student data through AzEDS, districts that implemented PowerSchool after the September 2020 state reporting release (SR_20.9.3.0) are seeing some records 'stuck' in the Publishing column while other records are processed. Records 'stuck' in the publishing column will produce the following error in the DEX Diagnostic Viewer:

FAILED: ORA 01400 - cannot insert NULL into PS.CST PUB PUBLISHHISTORY. EXTERNALREFID

AzEDS publishing is updated to resolve the condition leading to the above error, and process the records as expected.
