State Reporting 23.12.1.0 Release Notes

PSSR-334628	All States/Provinces: Append Student Import ID Update	The Append Student Import ID functionality did not allow the download of the updated import file. This has been fixed and the Append Student Import ID functionality now allows the updated import file to be downloaded.
PSSR-333030	CRDC Updates for DISC-1a Preschool Suspensions	CRDC Report: Version 1.1 The CRDC report has been updated and will now report Preschool Out-of-School Suspension in two categories: One suspension More than One suspension. Note: This change applies to both the School PDF and School csv files.
PSSR-333192	CRDC - Add New/Edit Existing Fields for INET Questions -School pdf, School csv	The new fields for INET are added in the CRDC School pdf and school csv. The CRDC school page is also updated to have INET-3 and INET-4.
PSSR-335296	CRDC - Field Updates for Disc-1 to Disc-10	The Disc-1 to Disc-10 fields have been updated per the CRDC specification.
PSSR-333191	CRDC - Mandatory - Add New/Edit Existing Fields for RSTR Questions -School pdf, school csv	The RSTR questions have been modified for School pdf, csv according to the latest CRDC requirements.
PSSR-333188	CRDC - Mandatory - Add New/Edit Existing Fields for HIBS questions -School pdf, School csv	Modified the HIBS questions in school CRDC report according to the 2021-2022-CRDC-school-form.
PSSR-318717	CRDC - School CSV File Update	The STAF, APIB, and PENR sections of the School CSV file are updated to match the latest CRDC requirements.
PSSR-335656	CRDC - SSPR-11 and SSPR-12 Update	SSPR-11 and SSPR-12 are now returning correct values in LEA audit files.
PSSR-335295	CRDC - Update COUR section of School PDF and School CSV to Match Final Specifications	COUR section of School PDF and School CSV are updated to match final specifications.

PSSR-335184	CRDC: Reinstate Items From 2017-2018 Report To The Sub-district CRDC Page	The following updates are made to the Sub-district CRDC page: The existing “HIBD-2. Enter the web link to the LEA’s written policy” is renamed to “HIBD-3. Enter the web link to the LEA’s written policy prohibiting discriminatory harassment or bullying of students on the basis of sex, race/color/national origin, and disability?” The CRDC Coordinator’s phone number field from CRCO-1, CRCO-2 question for the three people identified as Civil Rights Coordinators is no longer reported. New prompts are added in the HIBD section
PSSR-331297	2023-2024 INSITE Updates	Additional Reference: PSSR-331290 and PSSR-335926 With this State Reporting Release, all of the 2023-2024 updates are now available for the INSITE profile. A new profile for the 2023-2024 school year is now available and the INSITE profile is automatically enabled for districts that already had the INSITE profile enabled for the previous school years. Districts that will be publishing their data to INSITE for the first time this year will have to enable the profile in the Plugin Management Configuration. As the publishing of the Discipline data is more granular for INSITE, we have created a new incident type called INSITE Reportable^ and the mapping of action and behavior codes are now available for the INSITE profile. For publishing the discipline data via the INSITE profile, the incident type must be either State Reportable^ or INSITE Reportable^. The code set mappings must be done for the action and behavior codes. The publishing logic for Student Grades has now been updated as per the 2023-24 school year requirements. Publish Selection functionality is now available for the INSITE Data Exchange Dashboard.
PSSR-332413	Ed-Fi: Updates to the Syncing Functionality from the Child Tables to the Parent Tables	Additional Reference: PSSR-335843 With this State Reporting Release, the below-mentioned updates are now available to the functionality of the data getting synced to the child and parent tables on the AD tab and General State Information tab. The Secondary Exceptionality (S_IN_STU_X.Exceptionality_Secondary) field is now available on the General State Information Page and the functionality matches up with the Primary Exceptionality field. There was an issue with the field values not getting synced with the parent tables on the AD, MLL, and Title 1 tabs. This issue has been resolved. A one-time script has also been provided to sync the values where the value is N or 0 but the record is active and the parent field does not have the correct value.
PSSR-335432	New FAFSA Filed Field Is Now Available	With this State Reporting Release, a new field, FAFSA Filed ( mapped to S_IN_STU_X.FAFSA_FILED) is now available on the Student’s General State Information Page with the below-mentioned options: Blank (E) Exempt (Y) Yes (N) No
PSSR-325028	SPED Program Rollover Functionality	With this State Reporting release, the functionality to roll over the active SPED Program records in the current school year is now available.
PSSR-334206	Updates to the Incident Management Query Report	Incident Management Query: Version 1.1 With this State Reporting Release, the below-mentioned updates are now available for the Incident Management Query Report: While running the report, a new parameter has been added to include a double quotation (“ “) in the report output. This will fix the misalignment of the report output if there are any special symbols or a comma in the field value. The Grade Level column has been added to the report output.
PSSR-334466	Updates to the State Course Name Autofill Functionality	With this State Reporting Release, the below-mentioned updates are now available to the autofill functionality of State Course Name: The autofill functionality is now available on all the State Course Name fields on the Multiple Entry of the Stored Grades page. If an invalid State Course Name is searched and entered in the State Course Name field or if an invalid State Course Number has been entered in the Alternate Course Number field, a warning, “Invalid State Course Code” is displayed.
