The publishing logic of the contacts has now been fixed and issues with contacts not getting published correctly have now been resolved.

EDFI_IN_6: Organization Directory Download and Publishing Logic of Summer Mobility Records Updated

The publishing logic of the school enrollment records has now been fixed so that the end date of the summer mobility records can be published correctly. Furthermore, the download logic of the Organization Directory has been resolved and the student records will now get published if the Access School field is being used (Scenarios like students in Service Only Schools).

EDFI_IN_6: Publishing Updates to the Course Transcript Records

The publishing logic of the course transcript records has now been updated to publish the Earned Credit data if the state course number is a four-digit whole number.

EDFI_IN_6: Publishing Updates to the Student Academic Records

The below-mentioned updates have been made to the publishing logic of the Student Academic Records:

• Four new elements will now get published to the state along with the elements that are published currently and this is only applicable to the students in Grade Level 9 and above,

  • Grade Point Average Type Descriptor

  • IsCumulative (Default value is True)

  • Grade Point Average Value

  • max Grade Point Average Value (Default value is 4.0 unless modified manually from the Transcript tab)

• The publishing logic for all these elements is similar to the eTranscript report output.

• The override fields on the Student’s Transcript tab will act as an override to the calculated values.

The ability to enroll the students in Cohorts in mass is now available. This function is only available at the school level.
