All States/Provinces: Meningococcal (MenACWY) Compliance Update

The Meningococcal (MenACWY) vaccine compliance for KG students has been adjusted to align with specific criteria where two doses are required. The first dose is required at entry to 7th grade (11-12 years) and the second dose at 11th grade (16-18 years). For children aged 16-18 years without a previous MenACWY vaccine, only one dose is required.

All States: Term Submission Issue Fix in CRDC Final Grade Store Codes Page

An issue where users could submit Final Grade Store Codes without specifying a term has been resolved. Users will now receive the appropriate error message, preventing such submissions.

Diploma Type and Course Credit Basis Updated

With this State Reporting Release, the below-mentioned updates are now available for the eTranscript:

• The below-mentioned values have been added to the Diploma Type dropdown on the Transcript tab.

  • (B17) Did not complete secondary school

  • (B20) Vocational diploma

  • (B21) Special Education Diploma normally for students with a disability

  • (B23) Special certificate of completion or attendance

  • (B24) General Education Development (GED) Diploma

  • (B25) Other high school equivalency diploma

  • (B27) Standard High School Diploma with only a 3-year curriculum

  • (B28) Met all graduation requirements except for the required exit test

  • (FrenchBaccalaureate) High school award for rigorous language study.

  • (CEGEP) Canadian schools award diplomas at the college level.

• The Course Credit Basis field has now been updated and values are uniform on all the pages.

With this State Reporting Release, the below-mentioned updates are now available for the Data Exchange Dashboard:

• The Clear Cache button has been removed as the page will get refreshed itself.

• The handling of error messages has been improved for better usability.

Updates to the Student and Staff Publishing Page

With this State Reporting Release, the below-mentioned updates are now available for the student and staff publishing page

• The Publish All option has been renamed to Republish All, as the button republishes the already published data for the student and staff. The information gets displayed once hovered over the button.

• A Collapse All option has been provided on the top of the publishing selection beside the Category Column. Clicking on the arrow will collapse all the resources published on the page.

Updates to the Fields for Course Transcripts

With this State Reporting release, the fields involved with the publishing of the Course Transcript data on the Sections, course enrollment, and the store grade page have been updated to display the Reporting value of the above level for better usability.

Updates to the Publishing Logic of the Sped Evaluation Records

With this State Reporting Release, the publishing logic of the Special Education Evaluation records has now been updated to look at the IEP Review Date. If the IEP review is not in the current school year, the records are not published.
