A Favorite icon is available next to the page header, allowing users to easily add the current system report to their favorites with a click. This applies to reports using the State Reporting Platform (SRP) (indicated by the existence of an icon to the left of the report name).

Discipline Incident Letters Report: Version 1.3

The Discipline Incident Letters Report now includes all headers and paragraphs for students of any gender identity. Previously, these sections were missing for non-binary or other gender identities.

Availability and Publishing of the Cohorts Data

Districts can now create and publish the Cohort records at the School, Staff, and Student Levels.

EDFI_IN_6: 24-25 School Year Updates

Districts can now publish the data for the 2024-25 school year. The checkbox is now available on the General Setup page, districts will have to enable the option from the page. Furthermore, the option for publishing the data for the 23-24 school year has now been disabled and removed.

EDFI_IN_6: Publishing the Attendance records in Bulk

Districts will now be able to publish the attendance records in bulk. The publishing would include a single JSON but the single JSON will have all the attendance records associated with the student.

The ability to mark a contact as a Legal Designee is now available. On marking a contact as the Legal Designee, will publish the contact as a Legal Designee.

Updates have been made to publishing Section data for the INSITE 6 profile for the 23-24 school year. This includes publishing the ClassroomIdentification Code for the sections' resource.

SPED End Of Year Rollover Functionality

The ability to roll over the special education program records is now available. It can only be run after completing the EOY process and the District will have to be on the upcoming school year to run it.

Updates to the Publishing of the Students’ Resources

The publishing logic improvement for the students' resource did not limit publishing No-show records. It was found that we were publishing No Show student records. This issue has now been resolved.
