All States/Provinces: Hepatitis B - Common Vaccine Rule Update

Hepatitis B vaccines administered after 6 months of age were flagged as Non-Compliant. So, the common vaccine rules are updated and when the third dose of Hepatitis B is given after 6 months it now marks the student as Compliant.

CRDC 2021-22 Report: Version 1.2
System CRDC 2021-22 Report: Version 1.2

The CRDC 2021-2022 report is updated as follows:

• The ATHL-2 section is fixed and extracts the total value correctly.

• The COUR-11 section is fixed and displays the total IDEA count.

• The CRCO-2 section is fixed and displays an email address without any extra space if an email address is more than 19 characters long.

• The CRDC School CSV files are updated to extract blank/null if Non-Binary is set to No.

• The DISC-1 to DISC-10 sections are updated per the CRDC specification.

  • DISC-2, DISC-3, and DISC-4 apply to students in PreK grade levels only.

  • DISC-11, DISC-12, and DISC-13 apply to students in K-12 grade levels.

Note: The above fixes apply to the CRDC reports on the System and State reports tabs since all changes affect the common report template.

Fix to the Cancel Button On All State Student Pages

The Cancel button was not working for all of the pop-up windows on the State Student page. This issue has now been resolved with this State Reporting Release.

Updates to the eTranscripts

With this State Reporting Release, the eTranscripts have now been updated with the below-mentioned functionalities:

• eTranscript PDF Verification Report: Version 2.9

• eTranscript XML Extract: Version 3.5

  • The Reports will now exclude the blank SAT scores in the report output.

  • The Reports now have the option to exclude the SAT scores that are associated with the Total and TotalScore sub-codes.

Updates to the Post Secondary Institution Field

With this State Reporting Release, the Post Secondary Institution Field has been updated and the character length has been increased.

Updates to the Publishing Logic of the Transfer and Summer Course Transcripts

With this State Reporting Release, the below-mentioned updates have now been implemented to the Transfer and Summer Course Transcript data:

• The values in the Publishing Year and Term fields will now be pulled based on the School ID of the Stored Grade.

• The Alternate Course Number was not getting synced correctly with the State Course Number field, this issue has now been resolved.

• The Summer Course Transcript Records will now be published with the Year Round Term by default.
