Updates to the Method Credit Earned and the Sped Location Drop-Down List

The Method Credit Earned field has now been updated to only display the relevant values and the duplicates have now been removed. Furthermore, the Special Education Location drop-down list has been updated and the 01 and 08 codes have been moved to the No Longer Used Section.

Updates to the Publishing Logic of the Summer Course Transcript Records and SPED Placement

The below-mentioned updates are now available:

• As per the updated IN DOE guidelines, a summer semester is also required for the publishing of the Summer Course Transcript records. Districts can now create a summer semester from the Schools/School Info page and choose the beginning and end dates for the summer semester. This will publish a summer semester without impacting the terms setup.

• The publishing term of the Summer Course Transcripts records will now default to the summer semester instead of year-round.

• As per updated IN DOE guidelines, a new code 83 (Identified Unserved NonPublic/Homeschool Only) has been added to the Special Education Placement drop-down list.
