The NCEA report and remaining data collection updates for the 24-25 school year are now available. These include the following:

Data Collection:

• Updated staff and student data collection.

• A new Middle Eastern/North African racial reporting category.

Report Updates:

• The Diocese and School Summary Forms has been updated to match the 24-25 specifications

Other Fixes:

• NCEA Diocese Summary Report now completes successfully when a student has two or more races and when one of them is not mapped to the NCEA race category.

Ability to Search for Students Having Concurrent Enrollment Records

Districts can now search for students based on Concurrent enrollment records.

CHIRP - Ability to Publish the Data for the 2024-2025 School Year

The below-mentioned updates have been made for CHIRP:

• Districts can now publish the immunization data for the 2024-2025 school year via the CHIRP profile.

• The test connection was not working for the CHIRP profile correctly. This issue has now been resolved.

Ed-Fi Framework: Display Error Message with 403

Whenever districts encounter a 403 error, the message is now correctly displayed.

Ed-Fi Framework: Updates to Start Time on Finished Completed Queues

The Start Time of the Finished Completed Queues wasn’t showing the correct time that the record was started. This has been fixed to show the proper start time to give an accurate log.

EDFI_IN_6: Addition of New English Proficiency Levels

The below-mentioned changes have now been implemented for Multilingual Learners programs:

• Five new codes have been added to the English Proficiency Levels:

  • ALT PL1 - Alternative Proficiency Level 1

  • ALT PL2 - Alternative Proficiency Level 2

  • ALT PL3 - Alternative Proficiency Level 3

  • ALT PL4 - Alternative Proficiency Level 4

  • ALT PL5 - Alternative Proficiency Level 5

• Code 8 has been renamed to No scores from previous school year students not assessed.

• Code 6 has been moved to the No Longer Used Section.

PSSR-359349

EDFI_IN_6: Unable to Publish Attendance Records

Districts could not publish the attendance records for the 2024-2025 school year after installing the state reporting version 24.8.2.0. This issue has now been resolved and a republish of attendance will publish the required attendance records.

EDFI_IN_6: Updates to the Alternative Education Program Records

Several Districts were seeing duplicate Alternative Education Program records for the students and were unable to publish the records. This issue has now been resolved.

The ability to enroll the staff in Cohorts in mass is now available. This function is only available at the school level.
