EDFI_IN_6: Updates to the Publishing Logic of the Staff Contacts

The publishing logic of the staff contacts has been updated to publish the data correctly. The staff contacts data will be published based on the number of staff assignment records getting published and the unique education organization ID. The District will have to run a Publish All for the Staff Associations data to get the records published correctly.

Updates to the External Education Organization for Course Transcript Records

The below-mentioned updates are now available for the External Education Organization for Course Transcripts data:

• Districts will now have the ability to download the list of supported External Education Organization IDs. The list is now available in the Organization Directory section under the Post Secondary Institution list. Once installed, the districts will have to run a download for the Organization Directory and it will pull the data correctly.

• A new field, External Education Organization is now available and it will replace the Post Secondary Institution for publishing the data.

• The field will be in sync with the downloaded values and the values can be searched by typing the name or by clicking the down arrow on the field, the behavior will be similar to what we have for State Course Name.

• A migration script will be provided, which will migrate the values from the Post Secondary Institution ID if the value has 10 digits, to the newly created External Education Organization field.
