All States/Provinces: Minimum PowerSchool Version for State Reporting - 22.5.1.2

The minimum supported version on PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated and can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 22.5.1.2 or later. For details refer to PowerSchool SIS – Supported PowerSchool Versions.

EDFI_IN_2 Profile Has Now Been Disabled

With this State Reporting Release, the EDFI_IN_2 profile has now been disabled and the issue of Districts observing multiple values in several dropdown options has been resolved.

Fix to the Unique ID Functionality

With this State Reporting Release, the issue of multiple requests getting created for the creation of the STN has now been fixed. We will send only one create request per student.

Improvements to the Publishing of the SPED Data

With this State Reporting Release, the below-mentioned improvements are now available for the SPED data.

• The School field required for creating a SPED record has now been renamed to Access School.

• The SPED records will now get published if the Access School and the school of enrollment are different.

Issue wtih Publishing Calendar Dates Resolved

With this State Reporting Release, the issue of EventDuration and EventMinutes not getting published with the Calendar Dates is now resolved.

Minor Updates to the State Student Pages

With this State Reporting Release, the below-mentioned updates have been made to the State Student Pages:

• The Country of Origin field has been moved from the MLL tab to the General Student Information page.

• These 4 fields have been moved to the Legacy tab as these are not required for the publishing of the MLL data:

  • Non-U.S. Origin (Immigrant)

  • Length of U.S. Enrollment

  • Days in US School

  • Date of Entry into US School

  • Foreign Exchange

• The Corporation Student ID is now hidden as it is not used anywhere for publishing the students' data via data exchange.

• On the Stored Grades Pages,

  • The Indiana CC Report Header has now been removed.

  • The Indiana State Information Section will have the below-mentioned fields:

    • School ID

    • Grade Scale Override

    • Exclude From Publishing

    • Dual Credit

    • Method Credit Earned

    • Grade Level Code

    • State Course Code

  • The rest of the fields remain under the Indiana eTranscript section.

Updates to the Grade Scale Override Field on the Stored Grade Page

With this State Reporting Release, the Grade Scale Override field is now working and can be used to publish the Summer Course Transcript data.
