All States/Provinces: Enhanced UI - Current Selection Functionality Update

The Current Student Selection functionality was not working correctly in PowerSchool SIS 23.10.1.0 with PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting 23.10.2.x in the Enhanced User Interface (UI). This could potentially involve actions for one student being applied to another student. This was a regression issue caused by changes that allowed end users using the Enhanced UI to favorite System and Compliance reports.

These changes were rolled back and the Current Student Selection now behaves as expected. A new fix will be implemented in a future release to allow end users (using the Enhanced UI) to favorite reports (System & Compliance).

EDFI IN 6: Publishing Logic Updates to the Student Programs

Student Programs were not getting published for students who have one-day mobility records. With this State Reporting Release, this issue has been resolved.

EDFI_IN_6: Publishing Logic updates to (Sessions) Terms

An issue was identified, in which more than one school has the same alternate school ID, and one of the schools is excluded from state reporting and has more in-session calendar days than the included school, then the total number of calendar days was getting published incorrectly with the respective term. With this State Reporting release, this issue has been resolved.

EDFI_IN_6: Publishing Updates to the Course Transcript Records for Transfer Method Credit Earned Types

With this State Reporting Release, the publishing logic for the Course Transcript records has been updated to publish without being enrolled in an actual section.

PSSR-332638

EDFI_IN_6: Updates to the Method Credit Earned Types

With this State Reporting Release, the Method Credit Earned Type field has been updated. While publishing the Course Transcripts records, if the Method Credit Earned Type field is blank at all the below-mentioned levels, then Classroom credit will get published by default.

• Section Level

• CC (Course Enrollment) Level

• Stored Grades Level

PSSR-332409

Update to the State Reporting Language Field

With this State Reporting Update, the State Reporting Language field has now been updated to pull values directly from the downloaded descriptors and the field now has the search functionality to search for the language codes.
