Ability To Publish the Resources Based on Current Selection of the Students

With this State Reporting Release, the Districts will have the ability to publish the Student Resources on the basis of the current selection of students on the Start Page. This is applicable to all the Student Resources including Student Attendance, and Course Transcripts. This feature does not work if it is scheduled at a later time and publish selection will only work in real-time.

All States/Provinces: Lunch History Functionality - Null Value Update

The Lunch History functionality has been updated and now, when a student’s lunch value is set to blank/null, a history record will be created as expected and will not trigger “nullpointerexception” errors in the system log.

Student Enroll Status Column in the Data Exchange Views

With this State Reporting Release, the Enroll Status Column is now available to the Student Demographics views. Districts will have to do a one-time Publish All for the Student Demographics and it will start displaying the Enroll Status of all the Students in the Data Exchange views.

Updates to the e-Transcript File (Restore Prior Version)

After PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting 23.5.2.0 was installed, districts were unable to upload the e-Transcript file to the Parchment. Therefore, changes done in 23.5.2.0 ( PSSR-320680) are reverted and the e-Transcript File has been restored to its prior version.
