Set up Vaccines for CHIRP

Before immunization records can be published to or downloaded from CHIRP, each vaccine in PowerSchool must have a CVX code assigned. Vaccines without a CVX code are excluded from CHIRP publishing and flagged as dependency errors in the publish log. If a downloaded CHIRP record contains a CVX code that is not set up in PowerSchool, that record is not imported.
