All States/Provinces: CDC Hepatitis B Vaccine Logic Update

The Hepatitis B CDC vaccine compliance logic and will now correctly identify the student as not compliant if their 3rd dose is given less than 6 months after their 2nd dose (taking into account the 4 day grace period).

This is a common CRDC report for 2021-2022 school year data. This report can be used by any state using the common CRDC data model with no state customization required. The report is displayed under the System report tab/section.

All States: Include Disaggregate Data Groups by Non-Binary Sex Value on School csv File for RETN Tables Gr9-12

CRDC Report (2021-2022) Version: 1.0

The 2021-2022 CRDC school report will now have a third value of Non-Binary, identified with a gender value of 'X' for the many data categories that were disaggregated by Male and Female counts. These data categories will now have a third row for Non-Binary (value of 'X' ) which will appear below the 'Female’ row if the LEA has indicated on the CRDC LEA page that they report Non-Binary genders.

If the LEA has indicated that they do not report Non-Binary genders, then the data categories will be disaggregated by sex into Male and Female counts only.

Change History Functionality Available on the State Student Pages

With this State Reporting Release, the Change History functionality is now available to all of the State Student Pages except CRDC. The update has been shipped in a disabled state. Districts will have to go to the Change History Settings and then enable the functionality for the respective roles or groups.

With this State Reporting Release, CHIRP functionality has now been updated to use the multi-CVX option.

Publishing Updates to the Transfer and Summer Course Transcript Records

With this State Reporting Release, the publishing logic for the Transfer and Summer course transcript records has undergone an update. Two new fields have been incorporated into this process:

1. Publishing Year

2. Publishing Term

When the credit earned type is Summer Credit or Summer School IOA, only the Publishing Year field will be available. This is because Summer Course Transcripts are intended to be published for the Summer Semester. On the other hand, for the Transfer method credit earned types, both fields will be accessible. Regardless of the term selected at the top of the historical grade, the transfer course transcript records will be published for the selected year and term. It is important to note that the Publishing Term field is determined based on the Final Grade Mapping configured for the school.
