Attendance Codes

There are no state-mandated attendance codes for Indiana; however, you must identify attendance codes as either excused or unexcused.

1. Sign into a school.
2. Under Setup, click School. The School Setup page appears.
3. Under Attendance, click Attendance Codes.
4. Under Description, click the link for the attendance code.
5. If the attendance code represents:
   
   • Excused attendance, select Excused.
     
   • Unexcused attendance, select Unexcused
