Additional Information (DOE-AD) Report - Updates

Additional Information Extract (DOE-AD): Version 3.2

This report has been updated to extract:

• Foster Care
• Unaccompanied Youth
• Homeless
• 504
• High Ability
• Active Duty

Values based on the Start Date and End Date of the related records listed on the students AD tab. Any student with one or more records in the current school year is considered in the report. In addition, any time a record is added or updated, the related student field is updated accordingly.

The Start Page > District > Special functions > Group Functions > Graduation Plan Selection page now provides the ability to add, replace, and remove options from the Indiana specific Employability Skills and Postsecondary-Ready Competencies for the selected students.

Membership (DOE-ME) Report: Version 3.8

This report now completes without any error when the report parameter Report file format? is set to Fixed Length.

Homeless Records information section has been introduced in the Student detail / child level by implementing new Tab section below the AD Tab.

Now User can able to add Homeless Records / Primary Night time residence information against each Start Date and End dates by selecting respective option from UI.

New select option's Homeless Records information are implemented in the Popup page appeared while clicking New button.

User Can also edit and change the select option for the existing entry by selecting the date hyperlink.

All other functionality remains same.

IN DOE-AD - Script Created to Update Homeless Information Records

To copy/migrate latest or existing Homeless/Primary Nighttime residence Information from the Students Extended table S_IN_STU_X to child table S_IN_STU_HOMELESS_C as user will no longer updating homeless record to extended table.

to keep Status flags in sync with related Information records (504, High Ability, Homeless, Foster, Active Duty, Unaccompanied Youth)

Implemented Foster care, 504 services & Unaccompanied Youth information's in the Student detail / child level.

Now User can able to add Foster care, 504 services & Unaccompanied Youth information's against each Start Date and End dates by selecting respective option from UI.

Homeless and High Ability status field on the IN DOE-AD tab will be displayed as read only with values "Y" or "N" based on below scenarios.

The display value for the field will be "N" by default. If values does not satisfy below criteria or if no Homeless child record exists for a student then the read only value will be "N".

1: When a homeless record exists with start date/end date within current enrollment dates of a student then 'Y'
2: When a homeless record exists with end date blank (Active record) then 'Y'

Students who are been updated as Not Homeless or OBS-Unaccompanied in the Homeless drop down on the DOE-AD tab will excluded from copying data to Homeless Information Section.

IN DOE AD Tab:

Below mentioned drop down values of Homeless/Primary Night time Residence field on the Homeless Information Section (New/Edit) on the AD tab has been removed.

Below mentioned drop down values of High Ability (G/T) field on the High Ability (G/T) Section (New/Edit) on the AD tab has been removed.
