Data sync updates

Found an issue where the data was not synced into the database for the Primary Exceptionality and ESEA_Title_I_Program fields. As a result, the values were only available in the Student Pages. With this State Reporting Release, this issue has been resolved.

A warning message displays on the Ed-Fi dashboard when either the Authentication Key or Authentication Secret is missing.

Ed-Fi IN 2: Data Exchange Dashboard Descriptor Updates

The values for the Post Secondary Institutions were incorrect in the downloaded Descriptors. With this State Reporting Release, this issue has been resolved, and the Districts will have to Download the Descriptors again so that the correct values are available for the Descriptor Element.

Ed-Fi IN 2: Publishing Updates to Organization Schedules

With this State Reporting Release, the below-mentioned updates have been made for Organization Schedules.

• All active sections with Student Enrollment Records within the current active session are published.

• In a section, if all the students have dropped out with the same entry and exit dates, then the section is not considered for publishing.

Ed-Fi IN 2: Student Demographics Publishing Updates

An issue was found, in which the Publish Prior flag is selected and if the Primary School of Enrollment is False or No, the Student Demographic records were getting considered for publishing and were throwing 400 errors. With this State Reporting Release, this issue has been resolved.

IN DOE: Publishing updates for Assessment Accommodations

The Assessment Accommodations data is no longer published for students if their Primary School Of Enrollment is flagged as False, as per the latest DOE guidelines.
