Choose a code if the student that was removed from school was provided services during the term of removal.

Blank | Not Applicable (used for Bullying, Gang-Related Events or Arrests not resulting in a suspension or expulsion) |
1 | Referred, did not receive services for the entire length of the removal |
2 | Referred but refused services |
3 | No services provided |
4 | Referred and received services throughout the term of removal |
