Alternative Education and MLL Pages Enhancements

With this State Reporting Release, the following updates have been made to the Alternative Education page and the MLL page.

• For the Alternative Education page:

  • The Users cannot Submit the Alternative Education Record if a valid Program Name has not been selected, if attempted an error dialog box displays.

• For the MLL page:

  • A spelling correction has been made to the Student Immersion’s value in the Instructional Program drop-down list. Previously, it was spelled as Student Emersion instead.

Data Not Getting Synced to Limited English Proficient Fields across All State Student Pages

An issue was found in which the value of the Limited English Proficient fields was not synced across all the State Student Pages in some scenarios. With this State Reporting Release, this issue has been resolved.

Ed-Fi 2: Curricular Material Reimbursement Program Records Not Getting Published in Some Scenarios

An issue was found in which the Curricular Material Reimbursement Program Records were not getting published if the student has:

• No Name Contacts

• No Contacts

• No Active Contacts

With this State Reporting Release this issue has been resolved.

PSSR-304594

Ed-Fi 2: Curricular Material Reimbursement Program Records Not Getting Published in Some Scenarios

An issue was found in which some of the Districts were unable to publish the Student Enrollment Records for the students with one-day mobility records were not getting published properly, it was caused because the start date for the publishing of records was not getting acknowledged correctly. With this State Reporting Release, this issue has been fixed and the publishing logic now considers the enrollment school’s start date as the start date.

Ed-Fi 2: Fix for Invalid Student contact dependencies in the Data Exchange Dashboard

An issue was found in which there were Contact dependencies for the withdrawn students and when there is more than one contact for the Student, the other contacts go under dependencies. With this State Reporting Release, this issue has been resolved and users will have to either run a Publish All or Publish Dependencies to remove those dependencies from the dashboard.

Ed-Fi 2: IdeaEligibility Is Not Getting Published in Certain Scenarios

An issue was found in which IdeaEligibility was not getting published in some scenarios when publishing the Choice Voucher Records. With this State Reporting Release, this issue has been resolved.

PSSR-306271

Ed-Fi 2: Unable to Remove the Student Demographic Errors

An issue was found in which the Districts were unable to remove the Student Demographics errors with Error 400. With this State Reporting Release, this issue is resolved, Districts can either run the Retry Errors or the Publish All for the Student Demographics and the invalid errors will get removed.

Ed-Fi 2: Update to the Special Education Location Values

With this State Reporting Release, (08) Headstart is added to the Special Education Location drop-down list as per the latest INDOE guidelines.

Ed-Fi INSite: Updates to Student Course Transcripts and Academic Records Publishing Logic

With this State Reporting release, the publishing of the Student Course Transcript and the Academic records for INSite follows the same logic as the INDOE.
