All States/Provinces: Grade Level Immunization Compliance Mapping

For districts using LTK (Language Tool Kit) functionality to rename grade levels, a new UI screen is now available which will allow these renamed grade levels to be mapped to a native grade level value for immunization compliance calculations.

By mapping a renamed grade level to a native grade level, the immunization rules engine will consider that student as being the mapped grade level value when immunization compliance is determined.

All States/Provinces: System/Compliance Reports

SRP reports (reports with the icon to the left of the name), on the System Reports page, have been updated and can now be “favorited” in the Enhanced UI.

The minimum Core version for this to work is PS_23.11.0.0

With this State Reporting Release, the below-mentioned fields on the General Information Page are now getting synced with the data created for the student:

EDFI IN 6: Data Collection and Publishing Logic Updates to the Assessment Accommodations Data

With this State Reporting Update, the below-mentioned updates have been applied to the Assessment Accommodations data:

• The ILEARN testing subject fields are now multi-select dropdown fields.

• Districts can now remove the required accommodations codes from the required ILEARN testing subject fields.

• The publishing logic has been modified to publish accommodation data on the basis of the selected accommodations in the ILEARN testing subject fields.

EDFI IN 6: Fixes to the Publishing of the Discipline Data

With this State Reporting Release, the below-mentioned issues associated with the publishing of the discipline data have been resolved:

• Behavior Codes are now getting published correctly with the behavior and incident resource.

• Records do not get published if the associated school has been excluded from the state reporting.

• The discipline data are now published for all Participant types.

• Discipline data are not published for students excluded from State Reporting.

EdFi IN 6: Publish Logic Updates to Schedules and Staff Sections

With this State Reporting Release, the below-mentioned publishing logic has been updated for schedules and staff sections:

• The Course Offerings, Sections, and Staff Sections records now get published even without any student enrollments associated with the sections.

• The publishing logic for schedules only looks at the Exclude From Publishing. The Exclude from CP/CC field has been removed.
