All States/Provinces: Clock In/Clock Links Displaying When not Enabled Causing Excessive Logging

The Clock-In/Clock-Out code is now updated to return a valid studentsdcid and a check has been added. These updates will stop the Clock In/Clock Out links from displaying when it has not been enabled and will no longer cause excessive activity in the logs.

  • (8) Primary Special Education Teacher

• EL Position values:

  • (14) EL Co-Teacher

  • (15) EL Consultant Teacher

  • (16) EL Resource Teacher

  • (18) EL Primary Teacher

Ed-Fi Sections publishing is updated to include the above new values if selected for a section.

When publishing Ed-Fi Sections from the IN DOE dashboard, Medium of Instruction is updated to publish Face-to-Face instruction as a default value if nothing has been selected for the section.

Ed-Fi Staff Publishing Update: Staff Type 2

Logic is updated for Staff, Staff Contact, and Staff Section publishing. Data is published for these resources if Staff type is 2 (previously this data was being excluded if the District Info > ‘Publish Staff Type 2 ("Staff") in Ed-Fi’ setting was unchecked). If the District Info setting is checked, Staff Assignments for Staff Type 2 will also be published along with Staff, Staff Contact, and Staff Section information.
