EDFI_IN_6: Publishing Updates to the Course Attempt Result

With this State Reporting Release, the publishing logic for the publishing of the course attempt result type has now been updated to publish In Progress in the below-mentioned scenarios:

  • If a grade has not been entered for the stored grade record and the CC record is active.

  • If the final grade mapping has not been set for the associated term with the stored grade and the CC record is active,

  • If the course grade mapping/course completion mapping has not been set up for the associated grade scale and the CC record is active.

In the above scenarios, the moment the CC record becomes inactive or CC end date is on or before the current date, republishing the Transcript record will publish the Course Attempt Result type as No Grade Awarded. Furthermore, the precedence of the mapping remains the same.
