Cohorts
This data view represents a detailed list of Cohorts successfully published. Publish Cohort data for the student and staff at the school level with data set up at the district level.

Selection Criteria
Records are published if the following criteria are met:
The selected Cohort must be Active and must not be excluded from the publishing.
The School must not be excluded from the state reporting.
Resource Output
The cohort resource is dependent on the prior publishing of the following entities: schools
LEAs and Schools may upload (publish) data to the Ed-Fi ODS in real-time or on-demand (“Run Now” button).
Note: Click Export to export the data collection results to an Excel spreadsheet.

Selection Criteria
Records are published if the following criteria are met:
The selected Cohort must be Active and must not be excluded from the publishing.
The student must not be excluded from state reporting and should fulfill all publishing criteria.
The selected cohort’s school must not be excluded from state reporting.
The record will publish even if the End date is blank.

Selection Criteria
Records are published if the following criteria are met:
The selected Cohort must be Active and must not be excluded from the publishing.
The staff must not be excluded from state reporting and should fulfill all publishing criteria.
The selected cohort’s school must not be excluded from state reporting.
The record will keep publishing if the End date is blank.
