Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.7

The Attendance Profile report has been updated, and the result file will be in HTML (rather than PDF). This change allows for a dynamic presentation of the data, making the report results more user-friendly.

An issue was found in which the incorrect name and the DOB were getting displayed while requesting the STNs manually. With this State Reporting Release, this issue has been resolved.

Minor Enhancements to the Staff Information, Section and the State Student Page

With this State Reporting Release, the below-mentioned modifications have been done to the Staff Information page, the section page, and the State Student Page.

• On the Staff Information Page:

  • The Indiana State Legacy fields header has been renamed to Legacy and the below-mentioned fields have been placed under it:

    • Highly Qualified Teacher Subjects (only visible till the 2022-23 session)

    • Years Prior Professional Experience

    • LEA ID

    • Certified Position

    • Special Education Teacher

    • Special Education Area

    • Non-Teaching Personnel Subject Code

  • The Exclude From State Reporting flag is only a school-specific field, so when the staff is viewed from the District Level account, the flag will not be visible anymore.

  • Exclude From Ed-Fi has been renamed to Exclude From Publishing.

• On the section level:

  • The Indiana State Obsolete section and fields under it are now hidden and will only be available till the 2022-23 session.

  • The Special Education Classroom Settings (Primary Teacher) has now been renamed to Special Education and ELL Classroom Settings (Primary Teacher).

• Student Level modifications:

  • In the General tab, there was no hyperlink for the Section 504 Plan, it has been replaced with a hyperlink called Receives 504 Services which will redirect the users to the AD tab.

  • The date format in the RT (Real Time) Tab has now been corrected.
