The Import ID Look-Up functionality no longer fails if the file contains an ID number that is not in PowerSchool. In this scenario, the result file (with the selected IDs appended) returns the following verbiage:

All States/Provinces: Attendance Change History Report Updates

Attendance Change History Report: Version 1.2

Additional Reference: PSSR-309600

The following updates have been made to the Attendance Change history report:

• The “Changed by” column is now updated to show the correct information when changes are made via the plugin.

• The Change Date/Time column and the current timestamp at the bottom of the report output will now display the time the attendance was modified, based on the time zone of the app server.

All States/Provinces: Compliance Package Encryption Key Security Updates

Common (Compliance) packages have been updated and hard-coded encryption keys have been removed from the database for security reasons.

Ed-Fi 2: Enabled Identities With Updates and Improvements

Additional Reference: PSSR-313394, PSSR-316809, PSSR-309671, PSSR-312737, PSSR-309672, PSSR-317181, and PSSR-317661.
With this State Reporting Release, the below-mentioned updates have been implemented:

• Identities functionality has been re-enabled for the Districts.

• Unique ID Service will work as expected and for the Service to work a restart is not required anymore.

• An option to search for Students and Staff throughout the INDOE database is now available. This option can be enabled at the Group Level and it is named Data Exchange Search. Data Exchange Search is available at the District and School Levels under Special Functions. The Search Output will have a score that will provide information on the accuracy of the Search Result. On the Data Exchange Search page, the users can select the required option for a Student or for a Staff.

• The ability to send an update to the student and staff identification record is now available. If any identification change gets made to the student or staff demographics on the SIS side, Districts now have an option for the students and staff on the Student General Demographics and Staff Information page respectively. And, a Check Status option is now available on the Student General Demographics and Staff Information page to check the Status of the update.

Ed-Fi IN 2: Missing Data View for the Responsible Organization Records

With this State Reporting Release, the District can see an option for Missing Data Views on the Data Exchange Dashboard. This option is available for the Responsible Organization records and under this view, all the responsible Organizations records get displayed which meet the below-mentioned criteria:

• The School Enrollment Record’s start and end date is either equal to the Session’s start and end date or the start and end date is within the current session.

• The Responsible Organization Record is not getting published to the State if one of the selection criteria does not meet.

This view has all the required fields for publishing the Responsible Organization Record as columns.

Minor Fixes to the Publishing of the Student Programs

With this State Reporting Release, minor fixes have been made to the publishing logic of the Additional State Student Programs.

Updates to the Concurrent Enrollment Functionality

With this State Reporting Release, the Concurrent Enrollment functionality is now available for all Districts. Using Concurrent Enrollment Functionality, Districts can create Concurrent Enrollment records from any of the Schools available in the District and it will allow them to publish the School Enrollment Record and the Responsibility record if required. The users will see the option of Exclude From ME, Primary School Of Enrollment, ADM Type, and all other options available at the ME and the Enrollment Pages.

Updates to the Publishing of the Attendance Records

With this State Reporting Release, the Exclude From AT flag has been modified to exclude the Attendance records from getting published. This flag has been modified on the General Demographics and the School Enrollment Levels.
