Ed-Fi (DOE): 2022-2023 Student Assessment Accommodations Update

With this State Reporting Release, the below-mentioned updates are available for Student Assessment Accommodations.

  • Districts can download the Student Assessment Accommodations data via the Data Exchange Dashboard from the District Office. It is downloadable, just like the Descriptors and Student Programs.

  • Districts can publish the Student Assessment Accommodations Data under the Student Enrollment Section. For publishing logic, refer to the Assessment Accommodations State Reporting Guide.

  • For Assessment Accommodations Data to get published, the Assessment Accommodations must be downloaded from the Download section available on the Data Exchange Dashboard.

  • If the Descriptors (State Codes) have not been downloaded for a very long time, the Descriptors need to be updated as well.

Fixed an issue where a non-standard quotation mark in the Student’s Disability Requires Home Services program name prevented districts from publishing Special Education Program Association records.

Districts must run Publish All under the Special Education Program Association resource section.
