Contact Relationship Details (Enterprise Report): Version 2.0

Updated the Contact Relationship Details Enterprise report with the following changes:

• Corrected issue where phone, email, or address might not display when there is data in the contact’s record.

• Added second email address.

• Added many new student fields, including Track, legal name, legal gender, and guardian alert.

• Added all fields from the PersonCoreFields table.

• Added field-level security (FLS) support to all supported student and contact fields.

• Other design enhancements have been made, including a reset button and full-screen button.

Student Contact Tracing Report: Version 1.4

The Contact Tracing report has been updated and now pulls attendance data based on a newly added report parameter. When this parameter is selected, the attendance for the selected students will be reported by Day/Period (depending on if the default for the student’s FTE is meeting or daily attendance).

Ed-Fi (DOE): Section 504 Placement Programs Published to Student Programs Resource

Section 504 Placement programs are now published as part of the Student Programs resource, under the category of the same name. The data is pulled from the S_IN_STU_Section504_C table, as entered on the AD tab of the students' State/Provine-IN page. Note that if a student is enrolled in multiple schools within the date range of his or her Section 504 record, a separate Student Programs record is published for each school, with start and end dates reflecting each school’s enrollment.

Ed-Fi (DOE): Student School Resource Update

The Student School resource was publishing the Exit Withdrawal Date field as the day before the enrollment exit date when the enrollment record had a Dropout or Mobility Code populated. This caused an error if the previous day was not in session.

The Student School resource is updated to publish the Exit Withdrawal Date as the last in-session day prior to the enrollment exit date, in all cases. Note: This was working correctly if Dropout or Mobility Code was not populated.

The issue that caused the downloaded descriptors to get deleted nightly has been fixed. Note: Customer must reenable Ed-Fi (IN DOE) profile and run the Descriptors download to have the latest values from the Indiana Data Exchange operational data store (ODS).

Ed-Fi Framework: Processing Student records in a summer school

Student records were being removed when enrolled in a summer school that is marked as excluded from state reporting. This issue is now resolved and the student records are published correctly. The system excludes the summer school enrollment record only and not the entire student.

INsite descriptor logic has been updated to reflect values provided by the state for Grade Levels, Birth Country, Disability descriptors, and Languages. This change impacts the Organizations, Students, Enrollments, and Transcript resources.

New ADM Type field for Previous Enrollments

A new field ADM Type (S_IN_REN_X.ADM_TYPE) is added to the Reenrollments table extension and the Edit Previous Enrollments page. This is similar to the ADM Type field on the Student's Membership Info page with an option for the user to edit. This field enables users to track the ADM Type by enrollments. The data from the ADM Type field on the current enrollment is now copied to this field on the previous enrollment when the student is transferred out.
