All States/Provinces: CRDC 2020-2021 Report: Common PDF Template Updates

The CRDC 2020-2021 Report common PDF template is updated to correct various spelling errors and item label updates.

CRDC 2020-2021 Report: Common Submission Files Update 

The common (across all states) CRDC 2020-2021 Report's school submission files will no longer insert an extra carriage return or add extra columns under certain data scenarios.

CRDC 2020-2021 Report: Sub-District Validation Improvement

The CRDC 2020-2021 Report is updated to display an informational message in the District (LEA) PDF file letting administrators know when required sub-district setup elements are missing.

Prior to this change, when CRDC LEA ID and School ID values were not populated for sub-districts, the report would produce a blank PDF file.

The DOE-LM Report Is Producing Blank Results

The DOE-LM report has been updated to include records for all students that meet the pre-existing report selection criteria:

• The student must have an active enrollment on the Snapshot Date entered on the report interface.

• The student is not excluded from state reporting (Exclude from State Reporting value equals No).

• The student is not excluded from the LM report (Exclude from LM Report value equals No).

• The student is identified as an English language learner or an immigrant student on the LM tab on the Indiana State Reporting page.

• The student has a valid STN number.

• The student is a Pre-K student of Non-US Origin under the age of 5.

• The student is from grade K-12 above the age of 5.
