2021-2022 CRDC Report Version: 1.1

The 2021-2022 CRDC report description (on the System Reports tab) has been updated and now reflects the list of states that can utilize the report. That list of states is below:

AK, CO, CT, GA, IN, KS, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, OK, OR, TN, TX, WA

Note: This report is only applicable to states in the US. Canadian provinces or customers in other countries do not need to run this report.

J - English Learners File Version: 23.1

Added a new input parameter to select the Exit Date Logic for extraction. The users will be provided an option to fetch reports with an exit date that is the same as the date specified in the records or to fetch the previous in-session date as the exit date.

CRDC 2021-22: State Specific Updates

The CRDC Sections, DISC-5, ARRS-5 ARRS-6 have been changed from manual entry fields to automatically fetch the counts from the incident management data.

The logic to fetch and count gender has been updated to extract from the preferred gender field (M/F/X). If no data is entered in the preferred gender field, then it will be extracted from the legal gender (M/F) field.
