- Note: This report is designed to replace the Student Grades report. Historical Grades 2.0 has a new report ID and will not automatically replace the old Student Grades report. Users can publish this new report when ready and consider unpublishing the old Student Grades report. The report was also renamed to sufficiently differentiate it from the Current Grades report.

PSSR-280849 | All States/Provinces: Attendance Profile Report Updates | Additional Reference: PSSR-289267, PSSR-284634, PSSR-281373,and PSSR-296964 Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.5 The following updates to the Attendance Profile Report have been made: - The minutes absent are calculated based on the daily attendance clock in/out time.
- The report is sorted as follows
- Last Name: List students in alphabetical order
- Grade Level: List students by grade level (descending order) and then in alphabetical order
- Homeroom: List students alphabetically by homeroom, homerooms are listed in alphabetical order or in descending order if homeroom values are numeric
- Invalid data for clock in/out time is fixed
- The Guardian Name will now consistently be extracted
- When daily attendance is used, will only report the daily attendance data.

PSSR-297623 | All States/Provinces: Health Office Visit Detail Report Update | Health Office Visit Details Report: Version 1.2 The Office Visit Detail can fail if the VisitReason, Treatment, Procedure, VisitOutcome, and Assessment values exceed 4000 characters. To prevent the report from failing, it will now truncate values in the columns noted above so the combined length does not exceed 4000 characters. |

PSSR-282886 | CEDARS N - Absence Reporting Logic Updates | CEDARS N - Student Absence File 2022-2023: Version 22.0 The report logic has been updated to generate more than one absence code per day for students who have a mix of excused and unexcused attendance codes on a given day. - When the student has absence attendance records on a given day that are all Unexcused Absences (excused = 0%), then one record will be generated based on the percent of the day absent:
- If the total percent Unexcused absent >= 50%, then UF
- If the total percent Unexcused absent < 50%, then UP
- When the student has absence attendance records on a given day that are all Excused Absences (unexcused = 0%), then one record will be generated based on the percent of the day absent:
- If the total percent Excused absent >= 50%, then EF
- If the total percent Excused absent < 50%, then EP
- When the student has a mixture of Excused and Unexcused attendance records for a given day, then two records will be generated based on the student’s percentage amount for each absence type:
- For Excused Absences:
- If the total percent Excused absent >= 50%, then EF
- If the total percent Excused absent < 50%, then EP
- For Unexcused Absences:
- If the total percent Unexcused absent >= 50%, then UF
- If the total percent Unexcused absent < 50%, then UP

PSSR-297482 | CEDARS: 22-23 Changes for Race and Ethnicity Files (L, M) | CEDARS L: Student Ethnicity File 2022-2023: Version 22.0 CEDARS M: Student Race File (M) 2022-2023: Version 22.0 The repot logic is updated to meet the following 22-23 reporting changes - Race / Ethnicity Collection Method:
- Option ”4 – Resurvey request not completed by parent/guardian or the student, mapped from legacy code” will be reported as a value of 4
- Option “3 – Student has not yet been resurveyed” will also be reported as a value of 4
- Race and Ethnicity codes:
- New and updated values will be reported based on the code mapping published by the state
