PSSR-257645	All States/Provinces: Office Visit Clinic Log Update for Multi-Select Fields in PowerSchool 21.4	Office Visit Clinic Log Report: Version 1.1 As the fields listed were changed to multi-select in PowerSchool version 21.4, the Office Visit Clinic Log is updated to handle multiple saved values for the Outcome field. PSSR-259886	CEDARS E Student Schedules: Incorrect Letter Grade is Reported	E - Student Schedule File 2020-2021: Version 20.4 The Student Schedule File is updated to only report grades where credit was attempted (Potential_Credit > 0). Prior to this change, the report was including non-credited progress grades (Q1 or Q2 along with S1), whichever was the newest. The report will still report the newest grade stored for a class if two credited grades are associated with a section enrollment since only a single grade can be reported.
PSSR-257428	CEDARS K - Special Education Programs File 2020-2021 Update for Pre-K Enrollments	K - Special Education Programs File 2020-2021: Version 20.0 The Special Education Programs File is updated to resolve an issue with reporting K file records for Pre-K students having multiple records reported in a school year. The report will no longer report multiple records with duplicated start dates.
PSSR-260001	CEDARS T File: Non-traditional Student Credit Attempt File - LocationID (T05) Update	T - Non-traditional Student Credit Attempt File 2020-2021: Version 20.1 The report is updated to no longer first look at AlternateSchoolNumber, then at SchoolNumber if AlternateSchoolNumber = 0 for Location ID. It will just look at SchoolNumber.
PSSR-257943	State Student Pages Updated to Stay on Page When Switching Students	When using the navigation arrows to switch between students in the current selection, several state student pages were not staying on the page, but rather returning to the Washington State Information page. This was also true when returning to the start page and selecting a different student. The affected pages are: Student Attributes & Programs Information Limited English Proficiency Information Special Education Information Special Education Timeline Requirements Previous Schools Open Doors Enrollments Student Supports These pages are updated such that users remain on the page when selecting a new student, either by using the navigation arrows or returning to the start page. As part of this update, four of the pages needed to be renamed. Most users will not notice any difference, but those who have customized the pages, or added links to them through other customizations, will need to update the file names and/or URLs accordingly. Student Attributes & Programs Information: home.html is renamed to: homeProg.html Previous Schools: home.html becomes homePrevSch.html Open Doors Enrollments: home.html is now: homeOpenDoors.html Student Supports: home.html becomes homeStuSupports.html Lastly, a bug is fixed in which the link to the Open Doors Enrollments page from the Transfer Out of School page was actually pointing to the Limited English Proficiency Information page. The link now leads to the Open Doors Enrollments page as intended.
PSSR-260095	WA - CEDARS U Initial Evaluation and Eligibility Timelines File: No Longer Report 0 Days as 1	U - Initial Evaluation and Eligibility Timelines File 2020-2021: Version 20.5 The report business logic is updated for 'Element U08 – Number of School Days to Complete Initial Evaluation/Eligibility' as the state has updated its validation for the report. With this update, the report will no longer default to 1 for the Number of School Days when the Timeline screen displays 0 days.
