State Reporting 21.2.2.0 Release Notes

Digital Equity and Learning Preference public portal data entry has been updated and will no longer be visible when the district-level preference has not been enabled. Additionally, when enabled, the icon in the public portal will display on the left navigation bar as expected.

Clock In / Clock Out Report: Version 1.2

The Clock In/Clock Out Report completes successfully for schools with multiple FTE's.

B - District Student File 2020-2021): Version 20.2
C - School Student File 2020-2021): Version 20.1

The Exit Codes setup screen at District Office is updated to include a new 'District Local Use (Not reported in CEDARS)' flag.
The CEDARS C and B Files are updated to not include Exit Codes and Exit Dates when a student is given an exit code flagged as District Local Use for a student's current or previous enrollments.

This will allow districts to assign students a non-CEDARS exit code (local use) as part of the PowerSchool End-of-Year process and have that exit code not impact CEDARS submissions post-EOY.

CEDARS E - Student Schedule File 2020-2021: Version 20.2
The CEDARS E File is updated to improve performance and use fewer system resources while processing.

CEDARS L - Student Ethnicity File 2020-2021: Version 20.1
The CEDARS L File is updated to improve performance and use fewer system resources while processing.

The Additional District Requirements fields on the State Graduation Requirements page are updated to no longer display the Washington State History field value when the Additional District Requirements fields are blank.

Washington State Transcript 2008 and Beyond: Version 3.5

The Washington State Transcript 2008 and Beyond report is updated to no longer include school enrollments from schools that are excluded from state reporting in the Schools Attended section of the transcript.
