Washington Special Education Initial Evaluation Timeline Report

Introduction

The Special Education Initial Evaluation Timeline report is used to gather special education timeline information. The report uses the State Reporting Platform (SRP), which optimizes the performance of the report.

The report determines the students' status according to the Washington State Office of the Superintendents special education requirements. This report can be used to identify the number of students who received consent for initial evaluation and their eligibility status. This report may be run at the school or district level and may take several hours to run depending on the size of your school or district.

Running the Special Education Initial Evaluation Timeline report will generate the output files, which are in a zip format: WA_SpTimeline_report.zip. When unzipped, there are two files:

  • SPTimeline_Audit. This is the CSV file listing of each student included in the report and their associated information.
  • SPTimeline_Summary. This is the PDF file displaying the timeline evaluation totals by school.

PS_Enrollment_All - This view provides Current Enrollment, Previous Enrollment, and Special Program Enrollment information.
