WA CEDARS Reports 2019-2020 | The Comprehensive Education Data and Research System (CEDARS) is a longitudinal data system that allows the Washington Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) to collect, store and report student, course, and teacher data. WA Learning Assistance Program Report | The Student Growth File (formally know as the Learning Assistance Program) report (1094E) is used to gather student program participation, specifically those programs associated with Student Growth File (SGF). The SGF report uses the State Reporting Platform (SRP) which optimizes the performance of the report. | As needed |
This report gathers student incident information, specifically state reportable suspensions, expulsions, behaviors, and weapons. The report counts those students who were engaged in any of these activities during the selected academic year. This report gathers student attendance information including excused and unexcused absences. The report counts those students who attended at any time during the selected academic year except for Pre-Kindergarten and Post High School students. Note: This is an internal report, not submitted to the state. This report gathers student attendance information including unexcused absences. The report counts attendance data for grade levels 1-12. The report output includes an audit report, grades 1-8 data, grades 9-12 data, and a summary report for aggregated data. This report is a student-level validation report based on OSPI Validation Messages used for CEDARS. A multi-selection “Select CEDARS reports” parameter is added to the report run page, allowing the user to generate only the errors associated with the selected CEDARS report(s). WA Preschool and Childcare Center Immunization Status Report | This report gathers Preschool and Childcare Center student immunization information. The report provides totals by exemption category, exemptions per vaccination, total number of student’s complete, conditional, and out of compliance. WA P-223 Reports | ||
Running this report generates two output files. Form: Form P223 includes enrollment data based on student Full-Time Equivalency and a variety of programs. The data is used to calculate state basic education funding and levy authority transfers from serving school districts to resident school districts. The report also helps determine eligibility for local effort assistance (LEA). Audit: This is a comma-delimited file of audit data from the P223 report. The Audit is for local use; not reported to the state. The Audit is available in both a long and short form. | Monthly | |

This report gathers Special Education student suspension and expulsion information. The report counts students who were suspended or expelled during the selected academic year. This report gathers special education student initial evaluation timeline information. It provides various totals for the number of students who were determined eligible and not eligible and if applicable, determination delay reasons and number of school days delayed. | End of Year report | |

It provides totals for the number of students who were determined eligible and not eligible by their 3rd birthday. Student SSID Import | This import will process a file with the specified format, updating the SSID for the corresponding students. Students are identified by the district student ID (Student Number) and updated with the value in the SSID field. Student SSID Bulk Upload File | This action will take all the students without an assigned State Student ID (SSID) from PowerSchool and upload the files to CEDARS to assign the SSID.
