A - Location File 2019-2020
Introduction
The Location file contains information about districts with an OSPI assigned County-District Code. Each school with enrolled students in those districts is reported using the OSPI assigned school code. Additional district and school information is collected through the Education Data System (EDS) Profile. The Location file is necessary to link data between the 13 CEDARS files.
Note: Placeholder records used for programs or sub-sets of schools should not be reported in this file.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis of report results when the report does not return the correct records.
School Selection
The report selects records from the [Schools] table that are not excluded from state reporting.
