Washington Attendance
Introduction
The purpose of this report is to gather student attendance information including excused and unexcused absences. The report counts those students who attended at any time during the selected academic year except for Pre-Kindergarten and Post High School students.
This report may be run at the school or district level and may take several hours to run depending on the size of your school or district.
This report can be used to identify the following totals:
- The number of unexcused absences per [Students]Ethnicity, and low-income, special education and limited English students.
- The number of students with 5 or more unexcused absences in a month.
- The number of students with 10 or more in a year.
- The total number of unexcused absences per student.
- The number of students with unexcused absences. All absences are "days" of absence.
