State Reporting 20.6.1.1 Release Notes

| PSSR-237556 | Washington Transcript 2008 and Beyond: Credits Earned and Attempted Not Counted for Grades Excluded From GPA | Washington Transcript 2008 and Beyond: Version 3.2 State Reporting version 20.5.2.0, released on May 28th, implemented COVID-19 related changes but introduced an issue where grades set to Exclude from GPA were not counting correctly in non-GPA related columns. This issue has been fixed and grades that are flagged as Exclude from GPA are now included in the Credits Earned and Credits Attempted columns of the "Report Period and Cumulative Summary" portion of the report. The report is also updated to print the special COVID-19 terms impacted notification message on the first page of the transcript, when applicable. |
