State Reporting 20.4.3.0 Release Notes

I - Student Attributes and Programs File 2019-2020: Version 19.2
The Student Attributes and Programs File 2019-2020 file is updated to subtract a day from the Exit Date, so as to match the Exit Date reported in the CEDARS School Student file.

A page is now added to District Setup to allow districts to define and manage their own graduation requirements, to be included on the WA State Transcript. Users specify the name to display on the transcript, the first and (optionally) last students' Graduation Requirement Years for which the requirement is applicable, and a list of schools to which it applies.

Once requirements have been defined, the State Graduation Requirements tab for a student will include a new section labeled "Additional District Requirements" that shows all requirements that are applicable to the student's current school and graduation requirements year (the latter can be edited on this page, and the available requirements are adjusted accordingly). The available values for each requirement are "MET," "NOT MET," and "WAIVED," as specified by the state. Previously saved values are not cleared out of the database when requirements are hidden due to a change in the student's school or graduation requirements year, so these values are still accessible once a further change makes the requirement visible again.

CEDARS R - Student Exclusionary Discipline File 2019-2020: Version 19.1
Incident Management Action Page: Assigned Duration message has been updated as below:

• Message: For State Reporting, the Assigned Duration value should be a whole number.

The CEDARS R - Student Exclusionary Discipline File 2019-2020 file has been updated to round up the value if a decimal exists in the Assigned Duration field.

Washington State Transcript 2008 and beyond: Version 3.0
The Washington State Transcript 2008 and beyond is updated to incorporate the following 2020 reporting requirements:
State graduation requirement added for graduation year greater than or equal to 2020:

State graduation requirements removed for graduation year greater than or equal to 2020:

• English Language Arts Standard
• Mathematics Standard
• Science Standard
• Certificate of Academic Achievement
• Certificate of Individual Achievement

Updated to display three decimals for the graduation year 2020 and greater:

• Cred Earned
• Cred Attp
• GPA Earn
• GPA Attp
• GPA Pts
• GPA

Washington State Transcript 2008 and beyond: Version 3.0
When a user excludes a grade using the Display on Transcript field from Historical Grades or Courses, the grade will be excluded from the Washington State Transcript 2008 and beyond report.

Washington State Transcript 2008 and beyond: Version 3.0
The Washington State Transcript 2008 and beyond report now has a "selected school" parameter, and reports only for specific schools instead of all schools when running for all students.

Washington State Transcript 2008 and Beyond: Version 3.0
The Washington State Transcript 2008 and Beyond report is updated to add an Additional District Requirements section to the Graduation Requirements portion of the Transcript. This section will display for students having graduation requirements years within the start year and end year of user-defined Additional District Requirements configured at District Office.

The State Student Graduation Requirements page is updated with the following changes to support 2020 transcript requirements:

• A new field, GRADUATION PATHWAY is added on the Graduation Requirements for students in Graduation Requirements Year 2020 forward.
• The Graduation Requirements page is updated to hide and show graduation requirements based on the Graduation Requirements Year entered for a student.
