Washington Transcript 2008 and Beyond: Version 3.6

The Washington Transcript 2008 and Beyond is updated to include grades for students who take a credited course multiple times in the same term and who receive the same grade in each class.
Previous to this fix, only one grade was included on the transcript.

Washington Transcript 2008 and Beyond: Version 3.6
The Washington Transcript 2008 and Beyond report description on the report run page is updated to alert users that previous year terms are required setup items before running the report.
If previous year terms (Years and Terms) do not exist at the student's current school, then previous year transfer grades are not included in the report.

The Washington Transcript 2008 and Beyond course grade listing section is updated to display Course Potential and Earned Credit Hours up to 3 decimal places whenever 3 decimal values exist for a grade.
