How to Add Discipline Subcodes

Use the following procedure to create state reportable subcodes after the Code Type is entered.

1. In the right pane, while the Code Type is open, click on the Code to display the edit options.
2. Click the Add button. The Incident Management: Add SubCode page appears.
3. Complete the data entry on the page using the Washington State Codes section below.

Note: The columns of the OSPI Code section are labeled to match the fields on the Add Subcode page.

4. Click Submit. The Incident Management Code & Subcode Configuration page appears.
