How to Add Discipline Codes

Use the following procedure to create state reportable codes.

1. Log into the District Office.
2. On the start page, click District. The District Setup page appears.
3. Click Incident Management. The Incident Management Setup page appears.
4. Click Code & Subcode Setup. The Incident Management Code & Subcode Configuration page appears.

Note: There are 11 pre-defined Code Types. Each of the Code Types is outlined in the Washington State Codes section below.

5. Click on a Code Type, such as Action Codes. Previously defined Action Codes appear in the right pane of the page.
6. Click the Add button. The Incident Management: Add Code page appears.
7. Complete the data entry on the page using the O Washington State Codes section below.

Note: The columns of the Washington State Code section are labeled to match the fields on the Add Code page.

8. Click Submit. The Incident Management Code & Subcode Configuration page appears.
