Introduction
The following data elements are required for state reporting.
To perform district specific tasks:
Click the School link at the top of the page. The School pop-up menu appears.
Choose District Office. The district Start Page appears.
Under District, click Setup.
Note: The following information describes the setup required for State Reporting. For information about general school setup, see Help > System Help.

Enable/Disable Grade Level LTK Mapping | This option supports the addition of a Transitional Kindergarten (TK) Grade Level in PowerSchool. Any unused grade level less than zero can be translated to use TK by defining the values using the following page: Start Page, System Management, Localization, Localize PowerSchool, Data tab, for PowerSchool Customer Defined Data, display the relevant grade levels and assign TK as a value. The grade level values are stored as a numeric value (0, -1, -2, 3, 4, and so on) in the database. If a district configures a grade level -1 as TK, and enables this checkbox, then all reports that use the grade level, will display TK in the report output for the grade level -1. Even if a report does not display the grade level, students corresponding to the -1 grade level will be displayed in the report.
