Enable/Disable Grade Level LTK Mapping

This option supports the addition of a Transitional Kindergarten (TK) Grade Level in PowerSchool. Any unused grade level less than zero can be translated to use TK by defining the values using the following page: Start Page, System Management, Localization, Localize PowerSchool, Data tab, for PowerSchool Customer Defined Data, display the relevant grade levels and assign TK as a value.

The grade level values are stored as a numeric value (0, -1, -2, 3, 4, and so on) in the database. If a district configures a grade level -1 as TK, and enables this checkbox, then all reports that use the grade level, will display TK in the report output for the grade level -1. Even if a report does not display the grade level, students corresponding to the -1 grade level will be displayed in the report.

Select the checkbox to enable the use of grade-level values mapped using LTK.
