All States/Provinces: Attendance Change History Report Updates

Attendance Change History Report: Version 1.2

The following updates have been made to the Attendance Change history report:

• The “Changed by” column is now updated to show the correct information when changes are made via the plugin.

• The Change Date/Time column and the current timestamp at the bottom of the report output will now display the time the attendance was modified, based on the time zone of the app server.

The Import ID Look-Up functionality will no longer fail if the file contains an ID number that is not in PowerSchool. In this scenario, the result file (with the selected ID’s appended) will return the following verbiage:

  • In cases where "Same as Course" has been selected for any WA-specific field, the value for that field will be stored as “Null” in the database.

WA - D, E and H File Report and UI Updates

The "Industry Recognized Certifications Earned" and “CTE Industry Recognized Certifications Offered” fields have been updated on the UI to have the new codes and the same will reflect on the reports “D Course Catalog File“, “E Student Schedule File“ and “H Student Grade History File“.

The “I10 Career Launch Program“ drop-down has been updated to list all the programs.

WA - Q and J File and the Data Entry Update

A new code “DL – Dual Language” is now available on the “Q15 Extended Learning Time Intervention” and “Q16 Intervention During Regular School Day” fields and it will be reported on the “Q Student Growth File“.

A new code '0.0' is available on the for “J23 Overall Placement Test Score“ and it will be reported on the “J English Learners File“.

A new value has been added to the “V09 Support Determination“ field drop-down on the Student Supports Page. This new code will also be reported as part of V09 Support Determination in the “V Student Supports File” Extract.
