Action Codes: Extended Fields for Suspension-Specific and Expulsion-Specific Incidents

The following extended fields appear in the Update Action window when an action code with a State Aggregate Report Code of XS or EX, regardless if multiple actions subcodes are defined with those Aggregate Report Codes.

Action Code: Extended Fields	Petition for Readmission Submitted	The date that a Petition for Readmission was submitted by or on behalf of the student expelled or suspended
Action Code: Extended Fields	Petition for Readmission Granted	The date that a Petition for Readmission was granted or approved for the expelled or suspended student.
Action Code: Extended Fields	Petition to Exceed More Than One Year	0 – No petition made 1 – Petition to exceed more than one calendar year was made. Petition denied. 2 – Petition to exceed more than one calendar year was made. Petition granted.
Action Code: Extended Fields	Reengagement Meeting Held	The date that a reengagement meeting was held with the student returning from a suspension or expulsion.
Action Code: Extended Fields	Reengagement Plan	0 – No Reengagement Plan 1 – Reengagement Plan with Academic Services 2 – Reengagement Plan with Behavior Services 3 – Reengagement Plan with Both Academic and Behavior Services
