Washington State Codes

The following tables describe the different codes required for Washington State discipline reporting. If the codes included in this document do not appear in PowerSchool, see the notes above about how to add codes and subcodes. If additional help is needed see the Incident Management User section or PowerSchool online help.

The following categories are not used for Washington: Attribute Codes, Location Codes, Time Codes, Behavior Subcodes, Object Subcodes, Action Change Codes, Action Change Subcodes.

Note: If new codes or subcodes are added by the State of Washington, use the information provided in this section to manually update the codes in PowerSchool.
