Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.2
The Attendance Profile report now includes students that have blank attendance. Additionally, these students will display the following message to alert end-users as to why there is no attendance listed.

The CEDARS 2021-2022 (All Files) report is updated to allow for SFTP submission of CEDARS Files to the state.

CEDARS Course Sequence: Create New Section Administration Page

A new function is added to the Special Functions page on the PowerSchool left navigation panel allowing administrators to view and manage Course Sequence information for their sections.

Page Features:

• Displays all sections at a school and allows for viewing and updating Sequence and Sequence Group values for sections with one submit.

• Displays course level Sequence and Sequence Group values for reference.

• Displays how values will be reported in the CEDARS Course Catalog based on the course and section level values.

• Allows users to filter records by Course Number or State Course Code.

• Allows for Auto-Fill of section values for split year long classes.

CRDC 2020-21 Data Collection Changes

The following new data collection and updates for the 20-21 submission are added to the Washington CRDC pages:

• The Schools/School Info CRDC page is updated to include:

  • DIND-1 and DIND-2: COVID-related Directional Indicators (New)

  • Aggregate data entry for sexual assault or rape offenses involving staff members. (Optional for the 2020-2021 collection)

  • Aggregate data entry for staff and security staff FTE counts.

• The Courses and Sections CRDC pages are updated to no longer allow selection of the AP category “OT – Other”.

• Data elements that are no longer collected for the 2020-21 submission are moved to deprecated field sections at the bottom of the respective CRDC pages.

• Collection year is removed from all CRDC pages.

• The Student Incident screens are updated with new or updated data collection:

  • CRDC Behaviors no longer collected are moved to a deprecated section.

  • New Action Attributes:

    • Bullying/Harassment Basis - Sexual Orientation (CRDC)

    • Bullying/Harassment Basis - Religion (CRDC)

    • Perceived Religions Affiliation (Optional for the 2020-2021 collection)

SPED Timeline Data Entry Screen - Update to 'Reason for Late Transition from Part C' Field

When entering data on the SPED Timeline Data Entry Screen, when users check the 'Part C to Part B student?' box, then the 'Reason for Late Transition from Part C' should be un-defaulted (option 12 un-selected) if the user had not already selected a value.
