All States/Provinces: PowerTeacher Multi-Day Attendance Page "No Blank Attendance" Update for Future Attendance

Multi-Day Attendance page has been updated and will no longer require attendance be entered for future dates for the page to be submitted when "No Blank Attendance" setting is enabled.

CEDARS 21-22 Incremental Changes Implemented

The following incremental updates to WA CEDARS 21-22 data collection (code-set values) are implemented:

• The Special Education screen Non-Public Agency Code (K15) field is updated to have updated descriptions and code values aligned to the APPENDIX AC – Non-Public Agency values.

• The Student Attributes and Programs page is updated to have an updated list of Reengagement codes (I-10 Qualification Code)

• The Student Attributes and Programs page is updated to have a new I File Program Code (I06)75 - Truancy Referral

• A new Race Code is added and another is updated with a new description:W37 KuwaitiW23 Kurdish

• Element Q06 – Program Code (value removed)
  Note: LAP Community Partnership is no longer a valid value in Student Growth File (Q). Growth data is not expected for this program.

• Element I-10 - Qualification CodeCareer Launch Program TypeNew Valid Value: K124 | Central Valley | Spokane Valley Tech | NEWTECH Skill Center - Construction Trades

The CEDARS J File 2021-22 Report includes a new parameter: Include Element J23 (Overall Placement Test Score), allowing district staff to include this element in PowerSchool’s extracts when OSPI adds the field as part of their spring 2022 CEDARS updates.
