Office Visit Details: Version 1.1

The Office Visit Details report, on the System Reports tab, has been updated and now has the option of producing a pdf result file.

PSSR-294623WA - CEDARS 21-22 - Special Education Timeline (U) Reporting Updates

The following changes are made for Special Education Timeline Reporting:

The Data Entry page is updated to display the following valid options for Eligibility:

  • (1) Determined Eligible for Special Education Services (Develop IEP)
  • (2) Determined NOT Eligible for Special Education Services (Process Complete, no IEP to develop)
  • (3) Determined Eligible for Special Education Services (Process Complete, no IEP to develop).

A script is created that will automatically update the values stored in the database for students as indicated below:

  • If Eligible = Y or Yes, change to a value of 1
  • If Eligible = N or No, change to a value of 2

The following reports are updated to extract the Eligibility values exactly as stored (1,2,3):

  • U - Initial Evaluation and Eligibility Timelines File 2021-2022 (Version: 21.1)
  • WA Special Education Initial Evaluation Timeline Report (Version 1.5)
  • WA Special Education Part C to Part B Report (Version 1.3)
PSSR-294451WA P-223H Form and Audit: Logic for Including Developmentally Delayed Students

The P223H Report will now include students who are Developmentally Delayed (DD) and are under the age of 10.
